Cancel or reschedule your booking anytime with no penalty.
24–48 Hours Before Appointment
Free rescheduling to another date. Cancellations receive a 50% refund.
We understand plans change. Reschedule to another available date at no charge, or cancel for a partial refund.
Less Than 24 Hours / No-Show / Lockout
No refund. The full booking amount is charged.
If a cleaner arrives and cannot access the property, the full booking amount is charged. Please ensure access instructions are accurate and current in your booking.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
