Terms & Agreement

By applying, you agree:

You are an independent contractor (not an employee)
You must be at least 21 years of age to work with TruRelief
You are fully responsible for your actions and conduct in customer homes
You agree to indemnify TruRelief Clean Co. from claims arising from your work
You must have your own supplies and at least 1 year of professional cleaning experience
You will not enter a home unless someone 18 or older is present — contact support if no adult is on site
Disputes must be resolved through the platform first
Taking customers off-platform is not allowed
Terms are subject to change at any time without notice; continued use means acceptance
You understand this is a 1099 independent contractor relationship with no employee benefits
